Throughout this website, all prices will be displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) as a default currency, unless otherwise specified. The prices displayed are excluding any delivery and / or service charges, taxes etc if applicable, which may be added at the check out stage.

Section 16 – Debit/Credit Card Use
For credit card transactions, you must use your credit card and we will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for fraudulent credit card use is only on the customer/user and the onus to prove otherwise lies exclusively with the customer/user.
In the event your debit or credit card is rejected by our online payment processing system, kindly double-check that all the details entered were correct. If you are using a valid card, please try again to place the order with the same card. If the problem persists, kindly contact your bank immediately.
Please note that your name and billing address must match the details held by your card issuer or bank.
If we encounter any problem with collecting the payment from your debit or credit card after we have confirmed your order, we will not be obliged to proceed further with your order. On occasions, we might be unable to process an order because of any technical / operational matter, the product or / and service may no longer be available, or your payment has been declined by your card issuer/bank, or we have experienced a technical error or glitch.
Section 17 – Value Added Tax
Please be aware that with reference to the new government law of the United Arab Emirates, Value Added Tax (VAT) is now payable from 1 January 2018 for various goods and services. Apparently, your order will be charged with VAT, if applicable as per the FTA regulations.
